Agent Debit Memoranda (ADMs)

This information relates to Qantas airfares issued:

  • in selected North American markets where Qantas is a member of BSP or ARC,
  • on 081 tickets, and
  • by IATA/ARC agents.

Qantas Agent Debit Memoranda (ADMs) are issued for:

  • Undercollections of fares, taxes or other applicable charges
  • Failure to collect a change fee
  • Incorrect ticketing of a change fee
  • Missing tour code or incorrect tour code
  • Underpayment of refunded fares, taxes or other applicable charges

ADMs are distributed containing details of the agent calculation, the Qantas calculation and the difference, which is the amount required to adjust the transaction to the correct amount due for the applicable transaction.

No Show ADMs may also be issued and details can be found under the No Show policy.

In all cases, an Administration fee will be collected in addition to the amount of the ADM.

In Bermuda and Canada, ADM queries must be addressed via BSP Link.

In USA, ADM queries must be addressed via ARC MEMO MANAGER. Exception, ADMs raised by Qantas prior to 30 November 2009 must be addressed in writing via mail to:
