Any booking which meets the following criteria must be referred to Qantas Group Sales who are responsible for this business.

Exception: A licensed travel agent may book up to 19 passengers in total using current Qantas fares, provided the following conditions:

• Travel is on 100% Qantas operated services - excluding Qantas codeshare and QantasLink with the exception of QantasLink 717 aircraft.
• Travel utilises current fares in the market place, including published/sale fares or an authorised net fares.
• All names can be provided at time of booking.
• All fare conditions can be met.
• Not more than 19 people will be travelling.

Qantas Group Sales will continue to action Group requests where

• between 10 and 19 passengers require group fare conditions (even though this range of passengers sits below the standard group minimum).
• between 10 and 19 passengers require group check-in (even though this range of passengers sits below the standard group minimum).
• 20 or more people are travelling.
• name changes are required after bookings are made.

Groups may be offered special group airfares with special conditions allowing greater flexibility and group benefits such as:

• Discounted travel
• Ability to change name
• A generous cancellation policy
• Ability to pay for tickets close to departure, instead of instantly
• Ability to change flights without advance notice subject to the group conditions being used.

For exclusivity or larger groups, you may wish to charter an aircraft. This option allows added convenience and the ability for your group to access otherwise difficult destinations.
