Qantas will provide fare quote guidance to travel agents subject to the following conditons:

• The airfare is a Qantas published airfare.
• The first confirmed international sector is a Qantas flight number.
• A booking is created and the Qantas/Amadeus Locator is included at time of request.
• Wholly waitlisted or open itineraries are not eligible for quote guidance.
• Itineraries require a minimum 5 sectors.

Qantas will not store the fare for travel agents. The quote for the fare and taxes will be provided by e-Mail.

To request a fare quote, please fill out all the requested information within the Fare Quote Request Form.

Fare quote requests are prioritized in order of travel date or the ticketing time limit, which ever is earlier. Every effort will be made to return quotes within 3 business days.

The fare quote will be guaranteed providing:

• The ticket is issued within 24 hours of the quote being given.
• The ticket is validated on 081.
• The ticketed itinerary matches exactly to the itinerary quoted.
