After almost twenty years of operating nineteen return airline services per week between Mount Gambier and Melbourne, O’Connor Airlines will no longer provide those services after Saturday the 30th June 2007.
The reason for the closure of the Mount Gambier – Melbourne route from the O’Connor network is due to the commercial competition effecting the sustainable financial viability of the route.
All passengers booked on O’Connor Airlines flights, after the 30th June 2007 to or from Melbourne, will be directly contacted by our office or their Travel Agent.
O’Connor Airlines management and staff would like to thank all the loyal corporate and private customers who have supported our operations over the Mount Gambier – Melbourne route, which has operated since 1988.
All other regional airline services to Adelaide – Whyalla - Mildura – Port Augusta, provided by O’Connor Airlines, will continue as normal..
