LJ Hooker is giving you the chance to win one of two prizes of 250,000 Frequent Flyer points when you list and sell your property with them, or appoint them as your Property Management Agent.*
You'll automatically go into the draw to win when you:
- exclusively list and sell your Australian residential property at a participating LJ Hooker office between 1 August and 1 November 2008 with settlement before 10 January 2009. You can also earn the usual 20,000 points on settlement; ^ or
- appoint a participating LJ Hooker agency as your exclusive Property Management Agent of your Australian residential investment property between 1 August and 1 November 2008. You can also earn the usual 10,000 points when the property is let.^
The property listing and 12-month management agreement must be new to LJ Hooker.
