* Qantas Frequent Flyer points accrue in accordance with and are subject to the Commonwealth Awards Program Terms and Conditions available from Commonwealth Bank. Exclusions, points earn caps and limitations apply. Points caps reset each year in January. Customers must opt-in to Qantas Frequent Flyer Direct if they wish to earn Qantas Frequent Flyer points. Once a customer has opted-in to Qantas Frequent Flyer Direct and provided their Qantas Frequent Flyer number to Commonwealth Bank all Commonwealth Awards points earned after opting in will be automatically redeemed for Qantas Frequent Flyer points and transferred monthly to their Qantas Frequent Flyer account at the applicable conversion rate.
