Introducing an easy way to track your points and spot ways to earn more

Use icons to track your points earn

Our new icons show you exactly where you've earned Qantas Frequent Flyer points over the last 30 days to 12 months. They also show where you could be earning so you can grow your points balance and be rewarded sooner.

If icons are red, that shows you've earned points with a partner from that category in the period specified. If icons are grey, that's where you're missing out, so you can learn how to get started.

Fly

Earn points with our airline partners

Fly with Qantas, Jetstar and 30 partner airlines and their affiliates

The Fly icon shows the number of points you've earned in the air.

You can earn points when you fly to more than 1,000 destinations on eligible flights and fares with Qantas, Jetstar and 35 partner airlines and affiliates.

Plus, you'll earn at least 1,000 points for every eligible one way Economy Qantas and Jetstar flight with our Minimum Points Guarantee.^

Shop

Earn points with Everyday Rewards

Shop at Woolworths Group stores

The Shop icon shows the number of points you've earned when shopping at participating Woolworths Group stores.+

To start earning points, register and link your Woolworths Everyday Rewards card to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account. Then present it every time you shop at participating Woolworths supermarkets, BIG W and BWS stores to earn points when you spend over $30 in one transaction.

Pay

Earn points with credit or charge card

Pay with a participating credit or charge card that earns points

The Pay icon shows how many points you've earned with a participating credit or charge card that's linked to your Frequent Flyer account.#

These cards let you earn as you spend, with points automatically added to your Frequent Flyer account. Make sure you use one to pay for everything you can, from everyday groceries to a new TV, and you'll be surprised how quickly your points add up.

Connect

Earn points with Optus

New!

The Connect icon shows how many points you've earned with Optus.

Now you can earn points for every dollar spent on most Optus personal and small to medium business services including mobile, fixed line phone, broadband and a range of bundles.~

Earn points when staying with hotel partners

How to grow your points balance

The Stay icon shows the number of points you've earned with one of our hotel partners.**

There are thousands of Frequent Flyer hotel partners in over 300 locations around the world where you can earn points on eligible rates. As well as the standard points, our hotel partners also regularly offer extra points, discount rates, room upgrades and more.

You can book with the hotel partners directly or selected partner hotels at qantas.com/hotels. Different offers and conditions apply to each.

Earn points on car rentals

Hire a car in Australia and overseas

The Hire icon shows the number of points you've earned with our car rental partners:

  • Avis, and
  • Budget

Book your rental at qantas.com/cars to enjoy great rates and earn three points per dollar on time and kilometre charges in Australia and 700 points per rental overseas. Our car rental partners also regularly offer extra points promotions and complimentary upgrades.^^

Eat

Earn points when dining out at restaurants

Eat at more than 200 restaurants

The Eat icon shows the number of points you've earned when dining at our restaurant partners in Australia.

You have a wide range of restaurants, bars and cafes to choose from. Look for the Qantas Frequent Flyer logo and swipe your Frequent Flyer card when you pay the bill to earn three points for every dollar you spend.++
