Welcome to Platinum One

A whole new level of service

We know when you fly as frequently as you do to reach Platinum One status, travel is so much more than just flying to a destination. It's the whole experience that makes your journey a pleasure. It's not easy to qualify for Platinum One benefits. To reach this level of recognition, in each membership year you need to earn a minimum of 3,600 Status credits*,with at least 2,700 earned on Qantas marketed flights^ where Status credits normally accrue.

When things don't go as planned
