The above information is intended as a guide only. For further information on Qantas & Partner Classic Awards, please refer to the terms and conditions.
+ Qantas & Partner Classic Award seats are subject to capacity controls and availability is limited, particularly around peak times such as school and public holidays. The number of seats available depends on the flight, date, season and destination. Some flights may not have any Classic Award seats available. Classic Award fare conditions apply and are provided during booking. The seats made available for Classic Awards on Qantas flights may also be obtained through the Qantas & Jetstar Any Seat Award booking process (although points required are usually higher as they include taxes, fees and carrier charges). Different conditions apply to Any Seat Awards. Members can still choose to obtain those seats as Classic Awards in a separate booking. A particular itinerary may be available as more than one Award Type (ie Qantas & Partner Classic Awards and Qantas & Jetstar Any Seat Awards). Points required for each Award Type for the same itinerary may be different and each may have different fare conditions. The booking process for each Award Type is separate from the others.
^ Classic Awards are not available on some routes of oneworld® alliance and partner airlines and some restrictions may apply. For eligible flights see terms and conditions.
* When booking a one way international Classic Award flight, please check the onward flight and visa regulations with the applicable authorities.
** Changes must be made at least 24 hours before first flight departure. This feature is not available for Classic Award bookings that include Hong Kong or Canada, have two or more stopovers, bookings created using Multi-City itinerary option, itineraries that cannot be booked online, include a car rental, or that have been previously changed via phone. To make changes to your Award booking please contact us. A Service Fee applies to all changes made via Telesales. Points change fees apply to all booking changes.
~ Bookings made or completed with the help of a consultant attract a 6,000-point fee per person (including children and infants occupying a seat) per booking for international bookings. The fee is 3,500-point fee for all other flights. If booking through Qantas Telephone Sales in Australia or New Zealand the fee may be paid with money. This non-refundable fee applies only when making the initial booking. See the terms and conditions for details.
