Qantas Any Seat Awards
You can use points to book any available seat on any Qantas flight with a QF flight number with Qantas Any Seat Awards. Plus for most seats you can use Points Plus Pay. Conditions apply.^+
Jetstar Any Seat Awards
You can use points to book any available seat on any domestic or international Jetstar flight with a JQ flight number with Jetstar Any Seat Awards. Plus for most seats you can use Points Plus Pay. Conditions apply.^+#
Qantas Frequent Flyer Store
The Qantas Frequent Flyer Store has expanded its range, giving you the choice of over 1,000 products, including major brands. Plus, for most items you can use points or Points Plus Pay.
Gift Vouchers
Use your points to redeem from over 90 gift vouchers from the Qantas Frequent Flyer Store. We've increased the range to include vouchers from popular retailers such as Myer and Woolworths.
Travel Vouchers
Use your points to redeem a range of travel vouchers from Qantas Holidays and other travel partners. Hotel and Car Rental Awards for Australian and New Zealand members can now be purchased as vouchers from the Qantas Frequent Flyer Store.
Flight Upgrades
You may also use your points for a flight upgrade (if available) on Qantas domestic and international flights. Upgrades are not available on Award Flights.

Family Transfers
You can transfer a minimum of 5,000 and a maximum of 100,000 points to an eligible family member who is also a Qantas Frequent Flyer once every 12 months.
Top-up Points
Purchase a maximum of 15% of the points needed for an Award Flight once every 12 months when you're a little short. Points can be purchased in blocks of 500 up to a maximum of 20,000.
Important Information
* The number of Qantas & Partner Classic Award seats is limited. The number of seats available depends on the flight, date, season and destination. Some flights may not have any Classic Award seats available.
The seats made available for Classic Awards on Qantas flights may also be obtained through the Qantas Any Seat Award booking process (although points required are higher, and include surcharges, fees and taxes). This allows Members to combine fares, consolidate fees and book all seats within the one booking. Different conditions apply to Any Seat Awards. Members can still choose to obtain those seats as Classic Awards in a separate booking.
^ Qantas and Jetstar Any Seat Awards are not the same as the fares you can buy from the airline. There is no fixed relationship between the money charged by the applicable airline for a seat and the points required to redeem an Any Seat Award through Qantas Frequent Flyer and not all Qantas and Jetstar special promotional fares are available as Any Seat Awards. Fare conditions for Any Seat Awards are also different to the fare conditions applicable to cash fares. Award Flights must be booked at least 24 hours before scheduled departure (and some locations and fares require earlier advance bookings).The points required for Qantas or Jetstar Any Seat Awards are variable and are only valid when quoted. If you delay your booking or do not proceed to make your booking at that time, the points quoted for your requested itinerary may change.
+ A particular itinerary may be available as more than one Award Type (ie. Qantas & Partner Classic Awards, Qantas Any Seat Awards and/or Jetstar Any Seat Awards). Points required for each Award Type for the same itinerary may be different and each may have different fare conditions. The booking process for each Award Type is separate from the others.
# Jetstar Any Seat Awards based on JetSaver Light fare conditions are not available online. To access these Jetstar Any Seat Awards, call 1300 308 911 within Australia, 0800 770 778 within NZ or elsewhere on +61 2 9921 5223 between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). An additional booking fee of 2,500 points per person will apply. JetSaver Light fares and Jetstar Any Seat Awards based on them only allow carry-on baggage, but the points required may not be less than the points required for other Jetstar Any Seat Awards available online.
