Qantas Voice is a speech recognition service available to Australian Frequent Flyers calling
13 11 31 to make Australian domestic Award flight bookings.

When you select Qantas Voice, you're instantly connected to a system that responds to your spoken requests. It recognises any domestic city we fly to and can check your points balance, calculate how many points you'll need for Award travel and check Award flight availability. The assisted award booking fee is waivered for all bookings completed on Qantas Voice.

Should you need to exit the system at any time, Qantas Voice will transfer you to a consultant and pass on your details, so there's no need to repeat yourself.
