Flight Upgrades cancelled within 24 hours of flight departure, or failure to board a booked flight, will result in the loss of the Flight Upgrade and any Points used to redeem the Flight Upgrade.

You may cancel an unconfirmed upgrade request without penalty. Should your upgrade request be confirmed and you choose to cancel or fail to board a flight for which you have redeemed points for an upgrade, you will forfeit the points used and a seat may no longer be available in the original class you booked in.
