Claim missing points

It's unusual, but if you discover that points haven't appeared on your Qantas Frequent Flyer monthly statement, we'd like to make it simple to claim those missing points.

Points earned from a flight

Find out how to claim missing points for travel on eligible flights.

Points earned from non-airline partners

To enquire about claiming your points, contact the partner directly within six months of the transaction. You'll find a list of contact numbers broken down by partner and category.

Note: it may take up to eight weeks for your points to be credited to your account if your claim is successful. Not all partners accept retrospective points claims.

Card Partners

 

 

If you have a Qantas Frequent Flyer linked credit or charge card, points earned on your everyday spend should generally be automatically credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account. If this is not occurring, contact the card partner directly to ensure your Qantas Frequent Flyer number has been correctly attached to your credit card account. Please note that points accrue in accordance with the Card Partner’s reward terms and conditions so you may also wish to refer to these. For details, refer to the relevant Card Partner.
