In Sydney, Qantas has its own customs brokerage service which is available to anyone who has import or export goods to clear, regardless of the carrier & mode of carriage. This service provides the link between the importer or exporter and Australian Federal or State Government bodies.
The Qantas Customs Clearance service has a direct electronic link to the Australian Customs Service and can process the customs clearance of air freight quickly and efficiently.
The service complies with all relevant Australian Government Acts including the Commerce (Trade Description) Act, Customs Act, Quarantine Act and the Customs Tariff (Anti Dumping Act).
