Qantas Freight operates three Atlas Air Boeing 747 400 Freighters between Australia and key markets in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the USA, serving the cities of Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Toledo, Honolulu, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Frankfurt (Hahn), Bangkok and Sharjah.
The 747 Freighter aircraft offers exporters main-deck capacity for air transport of over-sized shipments with all aircraft equipped with both nose and side main-deck doors, allowing easy access for both over height (up to 3 metres) and over length freight. They are also ideal for large shipments of perishable goods, consumer commodities and all types of livestock, including horses, cattle, sheep, goats or alpacas.

All Qantas Freighter aircraft are available for charter services between Australia and most major cities worldwide. Charter movements typically consist of large volumes of single commodities or special event shipments, such as livestock, stage equipment and artworks. Special Event movements are also often carried on single or multiple scheduled services, providing the required capacity and special handling required for such movements.
