Qantas flights:	Qantas flights QF1-QF399 and codeshare flights operated by British Airways operate from Terminal 2.
Departure information:	Ticket Counter Limited ticketing facilities are provided by Ibero Airport Service. Open from 8pm to 12midnight. Contact Qantas Reservations within Germany for assistance. Check-in Check-in for Qantas operated flights is located in Area E. Check-in opens 4 hours before departure. Economy check-in for Qantas flights is available from counters 915-918. Check-in for Business, Chairmans Lounge, Qantas Club and oneworld Emerald passengers is available at counters 919-920. For Qantas codeshare flights, check-in with the operating carrier.
Transfer between Terminals:	Complimentary Skyline trains and shuttle buses operate frequently between terminals.
Arrival information:	Baggage carousels are located on level 2. Information monitors display flight carousel numbers. Baggage Services are provided by Acciona and the counter is located within the Baggage claim area. The counter is open for all flight arrivals.
Qantas Club:	The Cathay Pacific Business Lounge is located in Terminal 2, in the Departure Lounge on Level 3, near Gate E7. Opens 4 hours before QF6 departs.

Transport	Details
Car	The airport is approximately a 30 minute drive from the city. Visit Frankfurt Airport website for current car parking rates.
Taxis	Approximately EUR40 one way to the city.
Buses	Local bus companies service Frankfurt Airport. Lufthansa Airport Bus also operates frequent services between Frankfurt and Mannheim, Heidelberg and Strasbourg.
Train	Local S-Bahn trains operate to the airport and AiRail operate regional services.
Car rentals	Alamo, Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz and Sixt have counters on Level 3 of Terminal 2.
