All Qantas customers arriving from either Australia or New Zealand must clear customs and immigration in Los Angeles.

There is a service desk located outside each arrivals area to assist customers with onward connections.

Check-in now opens at 2pm for evening Qantas departures from both Tom Bradley International Terminal and American Airlines Terminal 4.

Los Angeles Airport Terminal Changes from 1 October 2008

Terminal changes occurred at Los Angeles Airport for selected Qantas flights effective 1 October 2008, as follows:

Tom Bradley International Terminal
Qantas operated non-stop flights to and from Sydney, Melbourne (QF93/94) and New York (JFK) operate from this terminal.
Qantas codeshare flights operated by Air Pacific, Air Tahiti Nui and Mexicana operate from this terminal.
oneworld carriers British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Japan Airlines and LAN operate from this terminal.
Terminal 4
Qantas operated departures to Brisbane and Auckland/Melbourne (QF25/26) operate from this terminal.
Qantas codeshare flights operated by American Airlines operate from this terminal.
Terminal 3
Qantas codeshare flights operated by Alaska Airlines/Horizon Air (AS) operate from this terminal.
Departure information: Ticket Counter
Located on the northern side of Tom Bradley International terminal. Open from 5pm to 11pm.
Note: Ticketing is not available for morning departures to New York on QF107. Please contact Qantas Telephone Sales on 1800 227 4500 for assistance.
Located on the western side of Terminal 4.
Opens 3 hours before Qantas flight departures (except as above).
Ticketing facilities are available for same day travel only.

Check-in
Check-in counters are located on the Departures level in both terminals.
Check-in opens at 2pm daily for evening departures and closes at 11pm. For Terminal 4, check in at the Qantas counters located in the far right-hand corner as you enter the terminal.

Airport Paging Service
A paging service is available in Terminal 4 for passengers travelling to Sydney.

Alternatively, any terminal airline representative may assist with paging requests.
Transfer between Terminals: A dedicated complimentary shuttle is available to connecting passengers flying on Qantas. Passengers connecting at Los Angeles to travel to Australia and New Zealand will be able to transfer from Terminal 4 (T4) to the Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT). It will operate daily from 4pm to midnight from gate 44 in T4. This will eliminate having to pass through security a second time. Passengers who wish to exit the terminal will also have that option.You can also walk between terminals by following the directional signs.
Tom Bradley International Terminal and Terminal 4 are adjacent to one another.
Arrival information:
Baggage carousels are located in the Arrivals hall.
Information monitors display flight carousel numbers.
Baggage Services in both terminals is handled by Hallmark Central Baggage Services (CBS).
Qantas Club: Passengers will receive a Lounge Invitation at check-in.
Tom Bradley International Terminal
The Qantas Club lounges are located on the 5th floor after the North concourse security check point which is next to the Qantas check-in counters.
Terminal 4
The American Airlines Admirals Club is located beyond Gate 41. Open 5.15am until the last Qantas departure. The lounge is available to First and Business class passengers travelling on a Qantas or oneworld carrier, Gold Frequent Flyers travelling on a Qantas or oneworld carrier and Qantas Club members travelling on Qantas, American Airlines or British Airways.
