The Sales Desk is located on the Departures level. Ticketing facilities are available on day of travel only. Open from 5.30am to 10.30pm. Contact Qantas Reservations within the United Kingdom for assistance. Check-in Check-in is located in Zone B, counters 31 to 45. Check-in opens 4 hours before departure. Important: BAA will be closing the Departures level forecourt for refurbishment from 23 September 2008. Passengers can still be dropped off at the Departures level however they need to access Terminal 4 check-in via the arrivals level. Passengers will be directed by staff to the Arrivals level via lifts and escalators then back up to departures from within the terminal building. No drop-off facilities are available on the Arrivals level. Note: If you have a connecting flight departing from Terminal 5, your onward boarding card needs to be re-printed at the Birtish Airways Document Conformance counter located within Terminal 5. It's important to pass through check-in and security and be ready to fly at least 35 minutes before your flight departs. |

| Qantas Club: | Terminal 4
All eligible oneworld customers, Platinum and Gold Frequent Flyers, Qantas Club Members and customers travelling in First and Business Class are invited to use the British Airways Lounge at Gate 1. Due to the relocation of British Airways operations to T5 and the BAA upgrade at T4, the British Airways Arrivals Lounge has now closed. At this time an alternate arrivals lounge is unavailable for eligible customers travelling on Qantas. A full compliment of lounges will be available to our passengers when Qantas flights move from T4 to T3 in 2009. Note: Qantas passengers travelling in First and Business and arriving at T4 on the following British Airways (BA/QF) codeshare flights will have access to the T5 Galleries Arrivals Lounge: - BA10/QF301 Sydney/Bangkok to London Heathrow
