Eligibility

Customers whose travel itinerary includes at least one sector on Qantas, QantasLink or Jetstar.
Note: Prebooking is not available when the first sector is on Jetstar.
Chairmans Lounge and Platinum Frequent Flyer members regardless of travel itinerary.

Using Qantas Valet

Drive Up: Eligible customers can drive directly to Qantas Valet Parking at the terminal. Simply drop off your car, complete the paperwork and proceed to check-in. In Melbourne and Sydney Domestic Terminal 3, check-in can be completed within the dedicated Qantas Valet Parking area.
Pre-book: Eligible customers who are Qantas Frequent Flyers can pre-book with Valet Express to avoid queues and paperwork (except where the first sector is on Jetstar and not at Sydney Terminal 1). Pre-book, drive in, collect your receipt and proceed to your flight. Coming home is just as easy as all payments are handled automatically before your return. Arrive, show your receipt, collect your keys and go! To pre-book, complete a Valet Express application form (available at any Qantas Valet Parking Service desk) or download our Valet Parking brochure, call 13 13 13 or contact your travel manager.

Qantas Frequent Flyers will earn 3 Qantas Frequent Flyer^ points per A$1 spent.

Locations

Adelaide and Melbourne - located on the arrivals (ground) level of the terminal, next to the baggage claim area.
Brisbane - located within the departures area (ground floor), next to the Qantas Sales Desk.
Perth - located within the departures area (ground floor), near Qantas Check-in.
Sydney International Terminal 1 - located on the departures level of the terminal. Available for customers travelling on international flights QF1 to QF399.
Note: Security inspections will be required. For further information view the SACL security conditions⁺of entry.
Sydney Terminal 2 - located on the departures level of the terminal for customers travelling on flights QF1600 and above.
Sydney Terminal 3 - operates from the arrivals (ground) level of the terminal for customers travelling on flights QF400 to QF1599.
