With our free Qantas Travel Tracker Reports you can track your monthly business travel spend on:

All you have to do is:

  1. Register online.
    Ensure your ABN is entered in each flight, hotel, package and car* booking made at qantas.com. You can also add your ABN to your flight booking after you have made it, through Manage Your Booking.

Your nominated contact will then receive each month by e-mail a:

* Qantas Travel Tracker includes domestic car bookings only.

Note: the Reports only record flights, hotel and car bookings if your business' ABN has been included at the time of booking at qantas.com or later through Manage Your Booking for flight bookings only. Your ABN must be added within the same month the booking was made. Alternatively, your Summary Travel Tracker report will be adjusted to reflect all flight bookings where an ABN has been added through Manage Your Booking at any time. Refunds are not shown in all reports.
