New dedicated meeting rooms are now open in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane

Qantas Club lounge

Qantas Meeting Rooms are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5.30pm AEST (weekends and public holidays available upon request) at competitive rates. Meeting facilities and technology are included in the room hire rates, and catering options are also available at competitive rates.

Qantas Meeting Room rates are based on the number of people attending the meeting and the period required. Discounted rates are available for Qantas Club Members, Platinum or Gold Frequent Flyers and Business Class travellers.

^All rates include GST. Cancellation fees may apply. For cancellations made between 7 days and 72 hours prior to your booking, a fee of 25% of the room rate applies. For cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours prior to your booking, a fee of 50% of the room rate and catering cost applies, and for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your booking, the full room rate and catering costs must be paid. Weekend and public holiday rates available upon request.

Qantas Club Business Centres

The Qantas Club Business Centres are available Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm (excluding weekends and public holidays) in most Australian and New Zealand domestic Qantas Club lounges.

These Business Centres are no longer available in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane Qantas Clubs, as they have been replaced with our dedicated Qantas Meeting Rooms in these locations.

Qantas Club Business Centres bookings are required 24 hours prior to your meeting, and you must be travelling on a Qantas flight the same day as your meeting. (However, you do not have to be travelling to make a booking for the dedicated Qantas Meeting Rooms in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane).

Rates*

Qantas Club Business Centres rates are based on the number of people attending the meeting and the period required. Payment must be made by credit card.

*The above rates are effective from 1 April 2009. Should you no longer require a meeting room, but fail to notify the lounge by 4pm the day before, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Catering

Catering is available in these Business Centres at an additional cost and must be requested by 12pm the business day before your meeting.

Workstations

Where available, private workstations are situated away from television viewing areas. They are complete with a PC that includes internet access, phone and printer.^

Complimentary Wireless Internet

Qantas is pleased to offer Qantas Club members complimentary wireless internet access throughout Qantas Club Lounges across the Australian domestic network.

Wireless internet is available within Australia at our domestic Qantas Clubs in Adelaide, Alice Springs, Brisbane, Cairns, Canberra, Darwin, Gold Coast, Hobart, Launceston, Melbourne, Mackay, Perth, Rockhampton, Sydney T3 and T2 and Townsville.

Now you can access the internet and email on your laptop or personal digital assistant, without having to connect via a phone line.

Complimentary wireless access is available throughout The Qantas Club, so you can make the most of your time when you're travelling with us.

Complimentary wireless internet is also available at international Qantas lounges in Adelaide, Brisbane, Cairns, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.

To make use of this complimentary service, simply select the Telstra network from your wireless enabled laptop and you will be connected through to the internet.
