Bar Code Labels

Produce bar code labels via your local printer - a convenient and cost effective alternative to specialist labelling software. The bar code label can be viewed on the screen, exactly as it will appear, before being printed. You can print up to four labels per page on standard A4 paper. The labels are generated at piece level, in accordance with IATA Resolution 606 and Qantas Freight export requirements.

QF Track

Receive automatic status updates on individual air waybills or a pre-defined range of air waybills.

Simply:

  • Enter the individual air waybill or a range of air waybills
  • The status events you are interested in
  • To whom and where you would like the status updates sent

For greater flexibility, status updates can be sent via e-mail or SMS to the nominated recipients. The system stores the selected air waybills, allowing you to view and amend the status details at any time.

eBookings

Wherever you are in the world, you can make an online booking for shipments on any Qantas or Jetstar International^ flight. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, eBookings is the convenient way to submit, amend or cancel a booking request online.

We accept bookings for general, perishable, dangerous goods* and valuable/vulnerable cargo, as well as high priority Qantas Express shipments.

You'll receive email confirmation when your booking is confirmed, as well as status updates about the consignment - right up to the final delivery destination. Please note that eBookings is currently not available in some countries.

NEW - As an eBooking user, you can now benefit from booking templates. Create, amend and delete booking templates to speed up the process of making an eBooking. You can also set a template to default on-screen every time you make an eBooking.

Simple and convenient to use, this free service is a cost effective FHL transmission alternative, ensuring faster processing of your export freight at Qantas Freight terminals in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Los Angeles. Electronic HAWB/FHL data is currently required for consolidated shipments destined to the following countries Canada, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Korea, United Kingdom, Europe (EU) and the USA.

Imports

Registered customers in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Los Angeles can identify which of their import freight shipments have been processed and are awaiting collection in these ports, enabling efficient collection of your import freight shipments. Dynamic status and customs updates allow you to monitor the progress of your imports.

NEW - As a collection agent, you can now verify the consignee of your AWBs ready for collection on-screen. Import Freight check is now also available for consignees to use. Check which agent has your letter of authority to collect and pay for your pick up.

Manage Driver Authorisation

Create a unique authorisation code for individual drivers to use at our Express Check self-service kiosks at our Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne and Sydney International Freight Terminals. Nominated drivers will be able to collect available import freight by inputting their details at the kiosk.

Access to Manage Driver Authorisation is available to eligible Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne and Sydney International import account customers only.

Manage Import Collections

Create a collection list for your nominated driver to use on our Express Check self-service kiosk at our Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne and Sydney International Freight Terminals. Notify your driver by SMS or email with this collection list ID reference and the driver will be able to view pre-assigned shipments available for pick-up.

Submitting an Intent to Claim via qantasfreight.com is one of the initial steps in the making a claim for lost or damaged freight. Simply complete and submit a brief online form and you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your Intent to Claim. Intent to Claim reduces the paperwork flow and helps make the claims process faster and more efficient.
