Collecting baggage at Qantas Freight Terminals
From time to time you may be directed to one of our network of Australian freight terminals to collect unaccompanied baggage sent with Qantas, Jetstar or other carriers. Before your goods can be collected, there are a range of fees and charges that you will be required to pay. These include service, handling, customs and quarantine charges and in some cases storage fees.

For shipments travelling on Qantas services, you can access our online tracking function via the homepage - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will simply need to enter your 11 digit (081-) air waybill number to trace your shipment.
