Booking Changes |
- Changes can be made online at qantas.com/yourbooking, otherwise call 13 13 13.
- Exception: For changes to combined Qantas and Jetstar bookings, and to multi-city bookings call 13 13 13.
- For changes made over the phone, you must pay the service fee applicable as at the date of the change.
- Your original fare may be used as credit towards the payment of a new fare of equal or higher value, provided the new fare conditions are met.
- At the time of making the change you must pay:
- the change fee applicable as at the date of the change
- any difference between the fare for your new booking and the original fare
- Once your booking is made the current change fee and service fee can be viewed anytime at qantas.com/your booking.
- Your new booking must be for travel anywhere on the Qantas network within 12 months of the date that the original ticket was issued.

Cancellations (including no show) |
- Fare is fully refundable except if it is a Qantas Any Seat Award. If this fare is a Qantas Any Seat Award this fare is refundable prior to commencement of travel (except when booked with a non refundable fare, in which case the most restrictive cancellation conditions apply) but will incur a 5,000 point Cancellation Refund Fee. Qantas Any Seat Awards are non-refundable once travel has commenced.

Children / Infants |
- Infants (under 2 years) without a seat travel free of charge.
- Discounts apply for infants (under 2 years) with a seat and children (2 to 11 years). Discounts are based on the fare type and the fare amount (excluding surcharges, fees and taxes) paid by the adult travelling, plus any surcharges, fees and taxes that apply. The exact total will be quoted once you have selected your flights.
- Infants must be accompanied, with a maximum of one infant per adult travelling.

Qantas Frequent Flyer |
- Points and Status Credits are not earned when travelling on Qantas Any Seat Awards. Classed as Business when Status Credits are earned on this fare or this fare is eligible for Flight Upgrade Awards.
- Flight Upgrade Awards are eligible on this fare except if this is a Qantas Any Seat Award.
- Minimum 1,250 Frequent Flyer points, when points are earned on this fare.
