  Booking Changes
  • Changes can be made by calling your local Qantas office. A service fee will apply.
  • Before and after departure:
    • Changes permitted at NZ$50 per person per change. 
    • Additional charges and taxes may apply, plus any fare difference.
    • Local service fees may apply outside New Zealand.

  Cancellations
  • Before departure:
    • A cancellation fee of NZ$200 applies per person.
  • After departure:
    • The cancellation will be the difference (if any) between the fare paid and the applicable fare for the journey travelled, less a cancellation fee of NZ$200 per person.
  • This fare may be used as credit towards the payment of any higher fare from the point of origin, provided the new fare conditions are met. A reissue fee of NZ$50 per person applies. If the new fare is cancelled the original fare cancellation conditions will apply. This credit must be used within 12 months of the original tickets date of issue.
    • Qantas & Jetstar Any Seat Award:
      • If this is a Qantas & Jetstar Any Seat Award and the money paid (if any) for the booking is less than the cancellation fee, or the itinerary has been partially flown, then a proportion of the money and points originally used to obtain the award will be refunded to the applicable Member. The proportion refunded will be the difference between the original ticket value (or remaining ticket value if the itinerary is partially flown) as allocated by Qantas and the cancellation fee, as a proportion of the original ticket value.
      Children / Infants
    • Infants must be accompanied, with a maximum of one infant per adult travelling.
      Frequent Flyer
    • Flight Upgrade Awards are eligible on this fare.
    • Flight Upgrade Awards can only be redeemed on Qantas operated flights.
    • Points and Status Credits may be earned on this fare. Classed as Premium Economy when Points or Status Credits are earned
      Other Information
    • For bookings made through Qantas Telephone Sales or Qantas Airport locations a booking fee applies.
