    • Changes permitted at NZ$50 per person per change to ticket.

  Name Changes

  Cancellation (including no show)
  • Before day of departure:
    • A cancellation fee of NZ$300 per person applies. Except if upgraded to a higher fare.
  • On/after day of departure:
    • No refund.
  • This fare may be used as credit towards the payment of any higher fare from the point of origin, provided the new fare conditions are met. A reissue fee of NZ$50 per person applies. If the new fare is cancelled the original fare cancellation conditions will apply. This credit must be used within 12 months of the original tickets date of issue.
    • Qantas & Jetstar Any Seat Award:
      • If this is a Qantas & Jetstar Any Seat Award and the money paid (if any) for the booking is less than the cancellation fee, or the itinerary has been partially flown, then a proportion of the money and points originally used to obtain the award will be refunded to the applicable Member. The proportion refunded will be the difference between the original ticket value (or remaining ticket value if the itinerary is partially flown) as allocated by Qantas and the cancellation fee, as a proportion of the original ticket value.
      Children / Infants
    • Infants must be accompanied, with a maximum of one infant per adult travelling.
      Qantas Frequent Flyer
    • Flight Upgrade Awards are not eligible on these fares.
    • Points and Status Credits may be earned on this fare. Classed as Discount Economy when Points or Status Credits are earned
      Other Information
    • For bookings made through Qantas Telephone Sales or Qantas Airport locations, a booking fee applies.
