      Booking Changes
    • Changes can be made by calling your local office.
    • Before and after departure:
      • Date changes permitted at no charge, however a reissue fee of GBP100 applies per person to change the first flight in the itinerary plus any additional fares/taxes/fees.
      • Re-routing permitted at GBP100 per person per change to ticket, subject to a local service fee.
      • Additional charges and taxes may apply, plus any fare difference.
      Name Changes
    • Not permitted.
      Cancellations (including no show)
    • Before departure:
      • Cancellation fee of GBP300 per person applies.
    • On day of departure:
      • Cancellation fee of GBP300 per person applies.
    • After departure:
      • No refund.
    • Qantas & Jetstar Any Seat Award:
      • If this is a Qantas & Jetstar Any Seat Award and the money paid (if any) for the booking is less than the cancellation fee, or the itinerary has been partially flown, then a proportion of the money and points originally used to obtain the award will be refunded to the applicable Member. The proportion refunded will be the difference between the original ticket value (or remaining ticket value if the itinerary is partially flown) as allocated by Qantas and the cancellation fee, as a proportion of the original ticket value.
    • This fare may be used as credit towards the payment of any higher fare from the point of origin, provided the new fare conditions are met. A change fee of GBP100 per person applies, subject to a local service fee. If the new fare is cancelled the original fare cancellation conditions will apply. This credit must be used within 12 months of the original tickets date of issue.

      Children / Infants
    • Discounts apply for infants (under 2 years) and children (2 to 11 years). Discounts are based on the fare type and the fare amount (excluding surcharges, fees and taxes) paid by the adult travelling and, for infants, whether they occupy a seat. Surcharges, fees and taxes that apply are then added. The exact total will be quoted once you have selected your flights.
    • No child discount applicable on Australian or New Zealand domestic routes.
    • Infants must be accompanied, with a maximum of one infant per adult travelling.
      Qantas Frequent Flyer
    • Flight Upgrade Awards are eligible on this fare.
    • Flight Upgrade Awards can only be redeemed on Qantas operated flights.
    • Points and Status Credits may be earned on this fare. Classed as Discount Economy when Points or Status Credits are earned.
    • Points and Status Credits are not accured when travelling on Jetstar.
