If your next conference has 20 delegates or more, then booking a Qantas Conference online could be for you.
Qantas Conference online is an easy way to organise your next conference. This service is currently available for domestic travel within Australia* and international travel from Australia, on Qantas and QantasLink.

Qantas Conference online includes:
- Competitive fares
- Dedicated event webpage including logos of your company and Qantas
- 24 hour access to flight bookings
- Travel reports on your event
- For domestic events, one complimentary ticket for every 50 ticketed passengers
- For international events, complimentary tickets subject to destination city and delegate numbers
- Frequent Flyer points on flown Qantas flights

Existing bookings
Domestic bookings made on qantas.com can be changed online before departure at qantas.com/viewbooking. For changes to other bookings (including all Award Bookings) contact your travel agent or your local Qantas office.
