The Sales desk is located at counter 11.
Domestic ticketing facilities are available only.
Check-in
Check-in is open from 8.30am to 2pm, and from 3pm to 5.30pm - 7 days a week.
Check-in for Platinum, Gold and Silver Frequent Flyers, Qantas Club members, oneworld Emerald and passengers travelling Business, is available at counter 10.
Online Check-in is now available for Qantas and QantasLink Australian domestic bookings between 24 hours and 1 hour before your flight departure.
Group Check-in is located at counter number 6.
Passengers travelling with carry on baggage only, may proceed through security and check-in at the Customer Service Desk located next to Gate 9.
