Location:	23km (14 miles) from the city.
Qantas flights:	Auckland International Terminal Qantas flights QF1-QF399 and oneworld flights operate from this terminal. Note: Auckland Domestic Terminal is a short walk, alternatively take the free shuttle bus, refer below Transfers for more information.
Departure information:	Ticket Counter Open from 4.00am until the last Qantas departure. Contact the local Qantas office for assistance. Check-in Check-in is located at counters 55 thru to 67. Open from 3.30am until the last Qantas departure. Online Check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199) and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online Check-in opens 24 hours before your international flight departure and closes 2 hours before departure.
Transfer between Terminals:	Free shuttle buses operate between the Domestic and International terminals from 6am to 10.30pm daily.
Arrival information:	Baggage carousels are located in the Arrivals hall (ground floor). Information monitors display flight carousel numbers. Baggage Services is handled by Air New Zealand and a counter is located in the baggage hall. Open for all Qantas flights.
Qantas Lounges:	International Terminal: Qantas International First and Business Lounges are located on the departures level 2. Open from 4.30am until the last Qantas departure. Domestic Terminal^{^}: Qantas Club is located on level 2. Open from 5.30am until the last Jetstar departure.

Getting to and from the Airport

Transport	Details
Car	The airport is approximately a 50 minute drive from the city. Visit Auckland International Airport website for current car parking rates for both terminals.
Taxis	Approximately NZ$85 one way to the city.
Buses	Airbus operates buses from Auckland city to the airport. Fares start from NZ$15 per adult and NZ$6 per child one way. Phone: 0508 247 287 (within New Zealand only)

Tourism information	The Information counter is located in the Domestic Transfer area on the ground floor.
Baggage Trolleys	Located throughout the airport.
Baggage Storage	Located at the Visitor Information Centre in the Domestic Transfer area on the ground floor.
Meet and Assist	Passengers requiring assistance can be escorted to the departure gate upon request. Ask a Customer Service Agent for assistance.
