Qantas flights QF1-QF399 and oneworld flights operate from this terminal.
Note: Auckland Domestic Terminal is a short walk, alternatively take the free shuttle bus, refer below Transfers for more information.

Check-in
At Auckland Airport, Qantas provides a dedicated premium check in lounge for First, Business and Premium Economy customers, located to the left of the main queuing area. Premium check-in provides a lounge style environment so you can fill in your departure documents and be pre-cleared by a dedicated customs officer to enhance your airport experience.
Check-in is located from counter 55 to 67. Open from 3.30am until the last Qantas departure.
Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.
Online Check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199) and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online Check-in opens 24 hours before your international flight departure and closes 2 hours before departure.

Baggage carousels are located in the Arrivals hall (ground floor).
Information monitors display flight carousel numbers.
Baggage Services is handled by Air New Zealand and a counter is located in the baggage hall. Open for all Qantas flights.

Free shuttle buses operate between the Domestic and International terminals from 6am to 10.30pm daily.
