At a Glance


Location:	30km (19 miles) east of the city on New Bangkok-Chonburi Highway.
Qantas flights:	Qantas flights QF1-399 along with all oneworld flights operate from this terminal.
Departure information:	Ticket Counter Qantas and British Airways have a joint Sales Desk located on the departures level in Island N. Limited ticketing facilities are available. Contact the local Qantas office for assistance. Check-in Check-in is located on Level 4 in Island N. Online Check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online Check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes 2 hours before international flight departures.
Transfer between Terminals:	The Domestic and International terminals are located in the same building. Thai low cost carriers Nok Air and One-Two-Go, and selected Thai Airways domestic flights operate from the old Don Muang Airport. Contact ground staff on arrival for more information.
Arrival information:	Baggage carousels are located in the Arrivals hall on Level 2. Information monitors display flight carousel numbers. Baggage Services is handled by BFS/SA Services Co. Located on Level 2 behind baggage claim.
Qantas Club:	The new Qantas/British Airways First and Business lounges are located on the Departures level, Level 3, Concourse G, near Gates 1-5. Open from 1pm to last flight departure.

Getting to and from the Airport

Transport	Details
Shuttle Bus	A free shuttle bus operates between the airport terminal and the Transport Centre.
Car	The airport is approximately a 1 hour drive from the city.
Taxis	Public taxis are located on the Arrivals level (level 2) and at the Transport Centre.
Buses	The Airport Express operates from the airport to first-class Bangkok hotels. Public buses are available from the Transport Centre to the city and the surrounding areas.
