Important Information

For passengers connecting to a Qantas international flight make your way to the to the TBus collection point for transfer to the Brisbane International Terminal. This service is complimentary for all Qantas, codeshare and oneworld customers, just present your boarding pass or itinerary ticket to the TBus staff upon boarding, located on the ground floor.

Check-in is located on the Ground Floor.
Open from 4.30am to 8.30pm.
Online Check-in is now available for Qantas and QantasLink Australian domestic bookings between 24 hours and 1 hour before your flight departure.
Check-in Kiosks, our self service check-in machines, are located near the check-in counters on the Ground Floor and inside The Qantas Club.
Transfer between Terminals: Brisbane Domestic and International Terminals are located 2km apart with easy access between the two by either TBus or Taxi.
TBus services operate between the terminals every 20 minutes, or every 10 minutes during peak times during the day, and are complimentary for passengers holding a Qantas Boarding Pass or itinerary recept for their connecting flight. Signs are located throughout the terminal to guide you to the TBus service, located outside the terminal building. A taxi between terminals will cost approximately A$9 one way.

Information monitors display flight carousel numbers.
Baggage Services has a counter located on the ground floor.
Qantas Club Lounge: Located on Level 1 near Gate 22.

Getting to and from the Airport

Transport Details
Car The airport is approximately a 30 minute drive from the city.

Taxis Approximately A$35 to the city.
Buses Coachtrans operate between Brisbane City and the airport.
Fares start from A$11 for adults and A$7 for children one way.
Coachtrans operate direct services to the Gold Coast.
Fares start from A$35 for adults and A$18 for children one way.
Suncoast Pacific Coaches operate services to the Sunshine Coast.
Fares start from A$22 for adults and A$15.50 for children one way.
Train Trains depart regularly outside both terminals to Brisbane city and the Gold Coast.
