The Sales desk is open from 4.30am to 6pm.
Domestic ticketing facilities are available on day of travel only. Only emergency International ticketing is available on day of travel.
Check-in
Check-in for Qantas Domestic flights is located on the ground floor.
Open during airport operating hours from 4am to 10.30pm.
Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.
Online Check-in is now available for Qantas and QantasLink Australian domestic bookings between 24 hours and 1 hour before your flight departure.
Body Scanners
Effective from 1 December 2012, full body scanning requirements will be progressively introduced at Cairns international airport.

Arrival Information
Baggage carousels are located in the Arrivals hall (ground floor).
Information monitors display flight carousel numbers.
Baggage Services has a counter located on the ground floor next to the baggage carousels.

Transfer between terminals
You can walk between terminals, by following the directional signs.
It takes approximately 5 minutes.
