All customers travelling on Qantas operated flights from Australia to Dallas/Fort Worth will clear customs and immigration in Dallas/Fort Worth.
All Qantas customers arriving from either Australia or New Zealand and travelling on Qantas codeshare flights from Los Angeles to Dallas/Fort Worth must clear customs and immigration in Los Angeles.

Check-in is open from 5.55pm to 8.55pm daily. Economy check-in is available from counters D64 to D66.
Check-in for Business, Chairmans Lounge Qantas Club and oneworld Emerald passengers is available at counters D67 to D68.
Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.
Online Check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online Check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes 2 hours before international flight departures.

International arriving passengers will claim and retrieve their baggage inside the US Customs area in Terminal D.

Tranfer between terminals
Skylink: The Skylink high-speed train, inside security, connects all five terminals with an average ride time of less than 5 minutes.
Terminal Link: Terminal Link's blue and green vans arrive every 10 minutes and will transfer you to another terminal once outside security.
