Ticket Counter

The Sales Desk is located on the ground floor and is open for Qantas Domestic departures only. For International ticketing, please contact Telephone Sales on 131313 to make alternate arrangements.

Check-in

Check-in for Qantas Domestic flights is 2 hours before departure.
Check-in for Qantas International flights is 3 hours before departure.

Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.

Online Check-in is available for Qantas and QantasLink Australian domestic flights, Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online Check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes 1 hour before domestic flight departures, and 2 hours before international flight departures.

Arrival Information

Baggage carousels are located in the Arrivals area (ground floor). Information monitors display flight carousel numbers.

Baggage Services counter is located on the ground floor.

Qantas Club Information

Located on First floor within the domestic terminal, adjacent to Gate 1.

Open from 5am to 7am, 11.00am to 3.30pm and 11pm to 01.30am.
