Limited International ticketing facilities are provided by Cathay Pacific.
Open from 5.15am to midnight.
Contact the local Qantas office for assistance.

Check-in

Check-in is located on Level 7, Departure Zone 4, Area J.

Check-in is open 3 hours before departure.

Early check-in is available at Hong Kong and Kowloon Airport Express Line Stations up to 90 minutes before departure.

Online Check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online Check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes 2 hours before international flight departures.

Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.

Arrival Information

Baggage carousels are located in the Arrivals hall.

Information monitors display flight carousel numbers.

Baggage Services has a counter located adjacent to carousel 8.

Qantas First Lounge

  • Located on Departure Level 7, turn right directly after Immigration.
  • Opens from 0500-1000 and 1600-2359 daily.

Qantas Business Lounge

  • Located on Departure Level 5 (entrance via Level 6 opposite Gate 15) on the North Concourse.
  • Opens from 0500-2359 daily.

TaxisApproximately HK$335 one way to Central or Causeway Bay on Hong Kong Island. Alternatively HK$270 to Tsim Sha Tsui on Kowloon.
BusesAirBus operate buses to different parts of Hong Kong.

Fares start from HK$17 per adult one way.

Airport Mainland Coach Services operate coaches to Mainland China. Regular services depart from the airport from 7am to midnight.
TrainAirport Express Line trains depart regularly to Hong Kong Island and Kowloon.

Fares start from HK$100 per adult for 'same day' return trip tickets, or HK$180 per adult for roundtrip tickets, valid for one month. Child fares are also available.
Limousine ServiceLimousine transfers are available.
FerrySkyPier offers ferry transfers to Mainland China.
