Check-in
Check-in for Qantas operated flights is located in Lobby 4 on Level 2.
Check-in opens three hours before the scheduled departure time
Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.
Check-in for Business, Chairmans Lounge, Qantas Club and oneworld Emerald passengers is available at counter 2 and 3.
Online Check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online Check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes 2 hours before international flight departures.

Baggage carousels are located in the Arrivals hall (ground floor).
Information monitors display flight carousel numbers.
Baggage Services has a counter located in Lobby 4 at the Qantas Sales Desk.
Transfers
Transfer between Terminals
You can walk between the International and Domestic terminals by following the directional signs. A free shuttle bus also operates.
