Check-in is located at counter 25-29 on the Departures level, Level 2.
Opens 3 hours before departure.
Online Check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online Check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes 2 hours before international flight departures.
Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.

Transfer between terminals
A free shuttle bus operates between the domestic (Terminal 1 and Terminal 3) and international (Terminal 2) terminals every 15 minutes from 7am to 10pm.
Travel time is approximately 10 minutes.
