- Qantas flights QF1-QF399 and British Airways codeshare flights to Australia via Singapore and Bangkok operate from Terminal 3.
- Qantas codeshare flights operated by British Airways to Budapest, Prague, Vienna and Warsaw operate from Terminal 3.
- Domestic codeshare flights operated by British Airways and all European codeshare flights to cities other than Budapest, Prague, Vienna and Warsaw operate from Terminal 5.
- Qantas codeshare flights operated by Iberia to Madrid operate from Terminal 3, and Qantas codeshare flights operated by British Airways to Madrid operate from Terminal 5
- British Airways flights to Bucharest, Lisbon, Helsinki, Gibraltar and Larnaca operate from Terminal 3, and flights to Malaga operate from London Gatwick.

Check-in
Check-in is located in Zone G for First, Business and Premium Economy customers, Platinum Frequent Flyers and Qantas Club members. Check-in for Economy customers is located in Zone F.
Check-in opens 5 hours before Qantas International flights to Australia.
Note: If you have a connecting flight departing from Terminal 5, your onward boarding card needs to be re-printed at the British Airways Document Conformance counter located within Terminal 5. It's important to pass through check-in and security and be ready to fly at least 35 minutes before your flight departs.
Online Check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online Check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes 2 hours before international flight departures.
The British Airways sales desk is located on the Departures level next to the Qantas check-in area.
Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.

Transfers
Transfer between Terminals
The Heathrow Express offers free travel between Terminals, alternatively for airside transfers refer to heathrowairport.com/connections.
Terminal 5 is broken into three Satellite Terminals - A, B and C. The main building is Satellite A, whilst Satellite B and C can be reached by an underground train taking approximately 2 minutes.
