Location:	24km (15 miles) west of London.
Qantas flights:	Qantas flights QF1-QF399 and British Airways codeshare flights to Sydney via Singapore, Hong Kong and Bangkok operate from Terminal 3. Qantas Codeshare flights operated by British Airways to Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon, Malaga, Vienna and Helsinki operate from Terminal 3. Domestic codeshare flights operated by British Airways and European codeshare flights to cities other than Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon, Nice and Helsinki operate from Terminal 5.
Departure information:	Ticket Counter The Sales Desk is located on the Departures level next to the Qantas check-in area. Ticketing facilities are available on day of travel only. Open from 5.30am to 10.30pm. Contact Qantas Reservations within the United Kingdom for assistance. Check-in Check-in is located in Zone G for First, Business and Premium Economy customers, Platinum Frequent Flyers and Qantas Club members. Check-in for Economy customers is located in Zone F. Note: If you have a connecting flight departing from Terminal 5, your onward boarding card needs to be re-printed at the British Airways Document Conformance counter located within Terminal 5. It's important to pass through check-in and security and be ready to fly at least 35 minutes before your flight departs. Online Check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online Check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes 2 hours before international flight departures.
Transfer between Terminals:	The Heathrow Express offers free travel between Terminals.
Arrival information:	Baggage carousels are located in the Arrivals hall (ground floor). Information monitors display flight carousel numbers. Aviance Baggage Services has a counter located in the Arrivals hall.
Qantas Club:	Terminal 3 Qantas First customers and Platinum Frequent Flyers are eligible to use the British Airways Galleries First Lounge. Qantas Business customers, Gold Frequent Flyers and Qantas Club members are eligible to use the British Airways Galleries Club Lounge. Qantas First and Business customers travelling on Qantas are eligible to use the American Airlines arrivals lounge when arriving into Terminal 3.

Getting to and from the Airport

Transport	Details
Car	The airport is approximately a 30 minute drive from the city. Visit London Heathrow website for current car parking rates.
Taxis	Approximately GBP60 to the city.
Buses	National Express Coach services operate direct from Heathrow Airport to Gatwick and to many regional areas in the UK. Visit their website for information on fares. Skyshuttle offers convenient door to door shuttle services from London Heathrow.. Hotel Hoppa is a network of bus services connecting major hotels near Heathrow Airport with the airport terminals.
Train	The Heathrow Express operates services between Paddington Station and Heathrow. Travel time is approximately 15 minutes to central London. The London Underground services Heathrow terminals from the Piccadilly line. Travelling time is approximately 50 minutes to central London. The Heathrow Connection Passenger train service connects local stations Hayes, Harlington, Southall, Hanwell, West Ealing, Ealing Broadway, and London Paddington with Heathrow. Time travel is approximately 25 minutes.
