All Qantas customers arriving from Australia must clear customs and immigration in Los Angeles.
There is a service desk located outside each arrivals area to assist customers with onward connections.
Check-in opens at 2pm for evening Qantas departures from both Tom Bradley International Terminal and American Airlines Terminal 4.

- 50km (31 miles) from Anaheim - Disneyland.
Check-in
Check-in at both terminals does start at 2pm, however it is slightly limited (no ticketing agent on duty at that time). That means that we are not able to do any sales, fare upgrade purchases and similar at that time. Full service check-in at both terminals starts at 4pm.

Qantas and oneworld carriers operate from the following terminals.
Tom Bradley International Terminal
All QF flights arrive to Tom Bradley International Terminal (QF15, QF107, QF93, QF11 and QF108 from JFK).
QF16 is the only flight departing from Terminal 4 (American Airlines Terminal).
Our oneworld carriers, Air Berlin, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Iberia, Japan Airlines and LAN operate from Tom Bradley International Terminal. Mexicana no longer operates.
Terminal 4
Qantas flight to Brisbane (QF16) operates from this terminal. (No more QF26).
Terminal 6
Qantas codeshare flights operated by Alaska Airlines/Horizon Air (AS) operate from this terminal.
Departures
Departure Information
Ticket Counter
Ticket counter is located in the centre aisle (aisle B) of the Tom Bradley International Terminal.
Opens at 6:30am for the QF107 departure to JFK. After that, one position is open as our Information desk and it stays as such until 2pm. No check-in, baggage acceptance or ticketing functions can be performed during that time. From 2pm to 4pm early check-in is available (limited). From 4pm to 11pm full check-in is available (although the check-in for our last flight closes an hour before departure).
Terminal 4 check-in for the BNE (QF16) flight opens at 2pm. Ticketing available from 4pm. Check-in counters are located on the far East side of the terminal.
Paging service for T4 is for the Brisbane (not Sydney) flight.
Check-in
Check-in counters are located on the Departures level in both terminals.
Check-in opens at 2pm daily for evening departures and closes at 11pm. For Terminal 4, check in at the Qantas counters located in the far right-hand corner as you enter the terminal.
Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.
Online Check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online Check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes 2 hours before international flight departures.

A paging service is available in Terminal 4 for passengers travelling to Brisbane.

Baggage Services in both terminals is handled by Hallmark Central Baggage Services (CBS).
Transfers
Transfer between Terminals
A complementary shuttle service is available for customers connection from AA flights onto Qantas flights to Sydney and Melbourne (T4 to Tom Bradley International Terminal direction only).
The bus operates from 2pm to 11:30pm.
