All Qantas customers arriving from either Australia or New Zealand must clear customs and immigration in Los Angeles.
There is a service desk located outside each arrivals area to assist customers with onward connections.
Check-in now opens at 2pm for evening Qantas departures from both Tom Bradley International Terminal and American Airlines Terminal 4.

Qantas and oneworld carriers operate from the following terminals.
Tom Bradley International Terminal
Qantas operated non-stop flights to and from Sydney (QF11/QF12), Melbourne (QF93/94), New York (107/108) and arrivals from Brisbane and Auckland/Melbourne (QF25 and QF15) operate from this terminal.
Please Note: From 5 July 2010 the daily New York/Los Angeles/New York QF108/QF107 services will change to 5 times a week, Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday.The aircraft will be going from 4-cabin to 2-cabin, Business and Economy. American Airlines also offer daily codeshare flights in Economy class only.
From 7 June 2011 QF108/QF107 will recommence as a daily service.
Also from 5 July 2010 QF108 from New York will arrive into Los Angeles at T4 and depart for Sydney out of Tom Bradley International Terminal.
Qantas codeshare flights operated by Air Pacific, Air Tahiti Nui and Mexicana operate from this terminal. oneworld carriers British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Japan Airlines and LAN operate from this terminal.
Terminal 4
Qantas operated departures to Brisbane and Auckland/Melbourne (QF26 and QF16) operate from this terminal.
Qantas codeshare flights operated by American Airlines operate from this terminal.
Terminal 3
Qantas codeshare flights operated by Alaska Airlines/Horizon Air (AS) operate from this terminal.

Ticket Counter
Located on the northern side of Tom Bradley International terminal. Open from 5pm to 11pm.
Note: Ticketing is not available for morning departures to New York on QF107. Please contact Qantas Telephone Sales on 1800 227 4500 for assistance.
Located on the western side of Terminal 4.
Opens 3 hours before Qantas flight departures (except as above).
Ticketing facilities are available for same day travel only.
Contact Qantas Reservations on 1800 227 4500 within North America for assistance.
For Qantas code share flights customer may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.
Check-in
Check-in counters are located on the Departures level in both terminals.
Check-in opens at 2pm daily for evening departures and closes at 11pm. For Terminal 4, check in at the Qantas counters located in the far right-hand corner as you enter the terminal.

Online Check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online Check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes 2 hours before international flight departures.

A paging service is available in Terminal 4 for passengers travelling to Sydney.

Baggage Services in both terminals is handled by Hallmark Central Baggage Services (CBS).
Transfers
Transfer between Terminals
A dedicated complimentary shuttle is available to connecting passengers flying on Qantas. Passengers connecting at Los Angeles to travel to Australia and New Zealand will be able to transfer from Terminal 4 (T4) to the Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT). It will operate daily from 4pm to midnight from gate 44 (bus only gate) in T4. This will eliminate having to pass through security a second time. Passengers who wish to exit the terminal will also have that option.You can also walk between terminals by following the directional signs.
Tom Bradley International Terminal and Terminal 4 are adjacent to one another.

Tom Bradley International Terminal
The Qantas/British Airways/Cathay Pacific oneworld lounge^ is located on the Airside departure level 5.
Open from 0630 to 0130 daily except Thursday from 0900 to 0130
Terminal 4
The American Airlines Admirals Club is located Terminal 4,
opposite Gate 40. Open 5.00am until the last Qantas departure. The lounge is available to First and Business class passengers travelling on a Qantas or oneworld carrier, Gold Frequent Flyers travelling on a Qantas or oneworld carrier and Qantas Club members travelling on Qantas, American Airlines or British Airways.
