Due to local security restrictions passengers are not permitted to enter the airport terminal without proof of travel.

For Qantas codeshare flights an e-ticket itinerary or a paper ticket must be produced.

All Qantas codeshare customers arriving from Australia must clear customs and immigration in Mumbai.

  • Carriers oneworld British Airways and Cathay Pacific operate from the International Terminal, terminal 2B.

Departure Information

Ticket Counter

There are no Qantas ticketing facilities available at the airport and Qantas has ceased to operate the Singapore-Mumbai route.

Contact the local Qantas office for assistance.

Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.

Arrival Information

Baggage carousels are located in the Arrivals Hall.
Information monitors display baggage carousel numbers for your flight.

Baggage Services is handled by Cambata.

Open daily from 9am to 5pm.

Transfer between terminals

The AAI transfer bus offers free travel between terminals.

Lounge Information

  • Clipper Lounge located opposite Departures level, opposite boarding Gate 11.
  • Opens 4 hours before flight departure.
