Qantas is investing significantly in the current Qantas terminal, expanding into Terminal 3 in 2013 and ultimately providing customers with a seamless airport experience, when all Qantas Group services - Qantas, Jetstar, QantasLink and Network Aviation - operate from the same Domestic precinct in 2014. On 1 November 2012, Perth's Terminal 2 was renamed Terminal 4 (T4).

Qantas Flights

Qantas operates from 2 terminals in Perth

  • T1 - Perth International Airport - Qantas flights QF1-QF399 including oneworld flights operate from this terminal.
  • T4* - Qantas Perth Domestic Airport - Qantas flights QF400 and above and QantasLink operate from this terminal.

In early 2013, Qantas will extend its operations to what is currently the multi-user Terminal 3.

* On 1 November 2012, Perth's Terminal 2 was renamed Terminal 4 (T4).

Departure Information

Ticket Counter

The Sales desk is located opposite the check-in counters. Open from 4.30am to 11.45pm. Domestic ticketing facilities are available only.

Check-in

Faster, Smarter Check-in is now live in Perth with Q Card Reader check-in, new Kiosks and Bag Drop. Customer Service agents will be on hand to help if you need it.

Check-in and Bag Drop are located on the Ground Floor of the terminal.
Open from 4am to 12.30am.

Online check-in is available for Qantas and QantasLink Australian domestic bookings between 24 hours and 1 hour before your flight departure.

Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.

Mobile check-in is available for Qantas and QantasLink Australian domestic bookings between 24 hours and 45 minutes before your flight departure. Check-in for Qantas international flights is available at the International Terminal.

Free WiFi

Qantas recently introduced free WiFi for passengers in the Perth Domestic terminal. We know that it is important for our customers to stay connected when they travel and free WiFi provides seamless connectivity from the time of entering the terminal.

Arrival Information

Baggage carousels are located in the Arrivals hall (ground floor). Information monitors display flight carousel numbers.

Baggage Services counter is open from 7.00am to midnight.

Transfer Information

A complimentary shuttle bus service is available to Qantas passengers (includes codeshare flight passengers) for transfers between Terminals 1 and 4*.
