Check-in

Check-in is located on the Ground floor of the Departure hall.

For international departures, check-in at least two hours before departure. Please have your passport and airline tickets ready. Remember to ensure all sharp objects have been placed in your suitcase. Sharp objects are not permitted within hand luggage and will be confiscated by Aviation Security at the Security checkpoint.

Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.

Online Check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199) and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online Check-in opens 24 hours before your international flight departure and closes 2 hours before departure.

Baggage carousels are located in the Arrivals hall (ground floor).

Information monitors display flight carousel numbers.

Baggage Services counter is located in the Arrivals hall and is handled by Air New Zealand.
