The Sales desk is open during the handling of QF28 Monday, Wednesday and Saturday and is located across from the check-in counters.
Check-in
Check-in is open from 9:30am to 1pm Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
Economy check-in is available from counters 20-25.
Check-in for Business, Chairmans Lounge, Qantas Club and oneworld Emerald customers is located in the preferential check-in area adjacent to Lan on the 3rd level, entrance 6.
Online Check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online Check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes 2 hours before international flight departures.
Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.
