- Qantas flights QF1-QF399 operate from Terminal 1.
Departures

Open from 6.30am to 10am and from 2pm to 11pm.

Check-in
Check-in is located on the depatures level, Terminal 1.
Check-in opens 3 hours before departure.
Economy check-in for Qantas flights is available from rows 5 and 6.
Check-in for Business, Chairmans Lounge, and oneworld Emerald passengers is available at Singapore Airport Terminal Services Premier Check-in at the end of row 4.
Check-in for Qantas Club passengers is at row 5.
A 24 hour check-in facility is also provided by Singapore Airport Terminal Services at row 4.
Online Check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online Check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes 2 hours before international flight departures.
Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.

Baggage carousels are located in the Arrivals hall (level 1).
Information monitors display flight carousel numbers.
Baggage Services is handled by Singapore Airport Terminal Services Lost and Found. The counter is located in the Arrivals hall.
Transfers
Transfer between terminals
The complimentary Sky-Train operates between Terminals 1, Terminal 2 and Terminal 3.
From Terminal 1 to Terminal 2, it can be boarded near Gate D40, or from the departures level near check-in row 14.
From Terminal 1 to Terminal 3, it can be boarded near Gate C1, or from departures level near check-in row 1.
A Complimentary bus service is available from Terminal 2 to Budget Terminal."
Lounges
Qantas Club Information
- A joint Qantas/British Airways lounge is located in Terminal 1, turn left after Immigration, up escalator.
- The lounge is open daily for Business: 0630 to 2330 daily and First: 0630 to 0930 and 1500 to 2330.

| Car | The airport is approximately a 15 minute drive from the city. Visit Singapore Changi Airport website for current car parking rates. |
| Taxis | Approximately S$18.00 to S$38.00 .(excluding surcharges) one way to the city and takes approximately 30 minutes. A midnight surcharge of 50% of the metered fare is charged on top of fares between midnight and 6am. An airport surcharge of S$3 is charged on top of fares. On Fridays to Sundays between 5pm and midnight this increases to S$5. Limousine Taxis A premier taxi service operates from 6am to 2am daily to any destination in Singapore for a flat rate of S$35. A surcharge of S$1 is charged per additional stop. There is a Limousine Service Counter in the Arrivals hall. |
| Buses | The Airport Shuttle operates a city/hotel transfer service regularly from 6am to 2am. The Airport Shuttle Service Counter is located in the Arrivals hall. Fares start from S$9 per adult and S$6 per child one way. |
| Train | MRT Trains operate to the city centre from Terminal 3. Services operate from 6am to midnight and depart regularly. Fares start at S$2.70 one way. The Singapore Mass Rapid Transit (SMRT) train service operates to the city centre and various destinations in Singapore. Services operate from 5.30am to 11.15pm. Proceed to Terminal 2 for the Changi Airport MRT station and change to a citybound train at Tanah Merah Station. Fares start at S$3. |
