Check-in is located on the first floor.
Open from 4am to 7am and 12pm to 4pm.
Check in at least two hours before departure. Please have your passport and airline tickets ready. Remember to ensure all sharp objects have been placed in your suitcase. Sharp objects are not permitted within hand luggage and will be confiscated by Aviation Security at the Security checkpoint.
Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.
Online Check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199) and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online Check-in opens 24 hours before your international flight departure and closes 2 hours before departure.

Lounges
Qantas Club Information
Qantas International Business Lounge is located in the International Departures Lounge, for international passengers.
Opens 90 minutes before Qantas departures.
Note: There is no Qantas Club available at the domestic terminal.

| Buses | Airport Flyer is an express bus service that runs from Wellington International Airport to the Hutt Valley, through the centre of Wellington. The service runs every 15 minutes. Fares start from NZ$8 per adult one way. Door to door shuttle services are also available from several shuttle companies. The departure point for these shuttles is located on the ground floor outside the southern end of the terminal. |
