Qantas Airport Retail - Tell us your favourite outfit and WIN!

1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. The promoter is Qantas Airways Limited (ABN 16 009 661 901) of 10 Bourke Road, Mascot, NSW 2020 (telephone number
(02) 9691 5895) (Promoter).

3. The promotion commences at 12.01am (AEST) on Monday 15 April 2013 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on Thursday 22 August 2013
(Promotion Period).

4. Entry is open only to Australian Residents over 18 years of age (Eligible Entrants), excluding:

i. directors, management, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate;
ii. registered travel companions of employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate; and
iii. persons owning, managing or employed at a retail or food and beverage outlet in the Qantas domestic airport terminals at Sydney, Perth, Brisbane or Melbourne, and their immediate families.

5. To enter the promotion, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, email airportshopping@qantas.com.au, and in 25 words or less, simply tell us in 25 words or less what your favourite Autumn Winter look is. Choose their favourite look from weekend, business, at home, evening or getaway categories, as seen in the Qantas Hot off the Runway Autumn/Winter 2013 Fashion Guide. Applicants must provide their full name, address and contact details including daytime telephone number at time of submission.

6. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction of any communications network or any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entry whether due to error, transmission interruption or otherwise.

7. The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.

8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

9. Entries will be judged based on their originality and creativity.

10. Judging will take place at 10:00 am on Friday 23 August at 10 Bourke Rd, Mascot, NSW 2020. Judging will be conducted by the Promoter - Qantas Airways Limited.

11. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. There is one major prize with a total value of AU$2000. This will be in the form of 4 x AU$500 speciality retailer gift cards that can be used at any of the speciality stores throughout the Qantas Domestic Terminals located in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth. The winner is to choose which retailers he/she would like to use the gift cards at. Each voucher will be valid at the retailer nominated for each voucher only. Vouchers may be issued with an expiry date by which the vouchers must be redeemed. Vouchers expiry dates will be strictly applied and will not be extended under any circumstances.

13. Each gift must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the gift as stated. Gifts are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A gift cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter.

14. Successful Eligible Entrant will receive notification via phone and/or email on Monday 2 September 2013. It is at this time winner will sent a list of retailers in respective terminal port and will then be asked to choose which 4 retailers he/she would like to attain vouchers for.

15. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion.

16. Any prize that remains unclaimed 5pm (AEDT) on Friday 22 November 2013 will be forfeited and no replacement winner will be selected.

17. The Promoter, its related bodies corporate, and their respective officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (included but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connections with this promotion, the promotion or the use of any gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).

18. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and photograph of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the gift. Entrants consent to the Promoter using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and offering any gifts. Without limiting the foregoing, entrants' personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Statement, a copy of which is available at www.qantas.com.au/travel/airlines/privacy/global/en.

19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
