Property Development

This team oversees the major capital projects for our various business segments and subsidiary companies within the Qantas Group to ensure delivery is completed on time and on budget to the standards and best practices required to achieve our business goals and objectives.

As part of this team you would combine your interpersonal skills with your sound knowledge of project delivery and an understanding of our financial and purchasing policies to deliver capital works programs to support our commercial operations.

Property Maintenance

This team supervises all the activities related to the safe and efficient operations of our facilities and are responsible for strategies that maximise their efficiency.

An important part of Property Maintenance is coordinating the preventative and corrective maintenance plans for our premises' and administering the service level agreements of our contractors.
