Taxes and fees:
Prices include fuel surcharges $160 from the US. US and foreign taxes, fee including September 11th Security Fee, are an additional $150 to $200 depending upon itinerary.
Minimum stay:
No minimum stay required.
Maximum stay:
300 days from the date of booking.
Stopovers
One stopover permitted at no additional charge. Stopovers permitted in: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Auckland; or in Los Angeles/San Francisco when departing from other U.S. cities.
Reservations and ticketing:
Reservations are required at least 50 days before departure. Payment is required at time of reservation. Qantas flights are booked in I class. Tickets must be purchased no later than 31 March 2010.
Note: Qantas flights operating on B747-400 or A380 equipment or a combination thereof depending on itinerary chosen. A380 schedule subject to change and last minute change of aircraft.
Travelling with children:
Children aged between 2 and 11 years no discount. Infants under 2 years and not occupying a seat pay 10% of the adult fare.
Booking changes:
After ticket issuance, rebooking and rerouting are permitted at a charge of $250 per transaction. Additional service charges may apply.
Cancellation:
Anytime, ticket is non-refundable.
Visa requirements:
It is the passenger's responsiblity to ensure all visa requirements are complied with.

You may earn mileage credit on your choice of frequent flyer programs from our partners: Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, British Airways or our own Qantas Frequent Flyer Program. Note: Changes to the American Airlines AAdvantage program may reduce or omit earning miles on certain Qantas fares.
Qantas codeshare services:
Domestic US flights are operated by American Airlines, American Eagle, Alaska Airlines or Horizon Air.
